Countdown for Ireland - 5 days to go!

Hotels are booked, as well as some transportation.  Ireland has deemed that we are too old to rent a car as we had originally planned without the addition of a large daily surcharge on the insurance.  So we'll be travelling entirely on public transport.  There are a few 'sticky wickets' involved in this!  Many 'you can't get there from here' situations! Sunday seems to be the day you should stay put and not try to go anywhere by bus or train in Ireland. We are still investigating. As always our motto is - "where there is a will there is a way".

We have an 8 day hike organized with our favorite English hiking organization. Our friend Judy will be accompanying us for this part and some days in Kinsale and Galway. Now it's time to pull out the kit list and get lots of walking and hiking in with the hope that our knees behave while on this next adventure.
